Spring: into action, it’s a mission

Featured

It was fifteen months ago that things began to take more of a cohesive shape for me in regards to my love and passion of DJ’ing and other things that musically inspire me to keep going. I reminded myself of the fact of being grateful of the those right moments that have come my way, so wrote about this reflection on social media to tie in with an old meme post that popped up on the Feed which said [“One year on things are still building steadily on my journey. There is much to be thankful for when those right opportunities come through – the support from many places from genuine individuals is not overlooked by me (you know who your are).

To my friends and respected peers, I pray your heartfelt desires that will bless, inspire and encourage those around you shall manifest fruitfully, at the best and right time. In the meantime let us all keep our focus on the vision what ever that is for you, giving thanks to almighty God always, while moving in the right direction. Big hug, 1Love.”] I know that with time being a precious commodity, it waits on none of us, it will not stand still, the world continues to turn whether any of us are around to see things happening positively or otherwise. `

Making use of every moment counts day to day, which is I feel I have been given a mantle to try to be a good steward of the music I share with people whilst DJ’ing or working on radio. Derogatory lyrics of any kind including the N-word or B-word in songs, I long ago opted to not support. I don’t play or endorse those kind of lyrics.

Playing music that projects a positive message; of hope, inspiration that is life affirming are more prudent and productive ways to share goodness with others. For many if not most people, it is most definitely much needed in these trying and testing times of adversity and negativity – even if we don’t realise it. We all need to be uplifted and receive a spirit of joy – from within a countenance of joy directs you to handle things differently – your mindset yields to only entertaining things that bring about good fruit – all by the grace of God which has been my experience and long may it continue.
