Valentine’s love x love

The art of loving your best friend until death do you part

Love In V-minor

Every February, the western world calendar find itself in a state of love-joy flux as most of us go above and beyond to impress the one’s we lay claims to be beyond infatuated with by showering them with all kinds of gifts in the name of eros love. That’s wonderful. However, a 24-hour, over indulgent fling is not what it should end up being. If we’re honest to ourselves, how man of us really want to be in those sorts of entanglements? Love life really does take hard work and practise. A fair number of us who are more about the art of loving your best friend until death separates you, here’s a treat for both of you.

Love In V-minor

If you’re a music enthusiast why not unwind to this gorgeous playlist. Love In V-minor which is a capsule find of shining r&b soul, Boogie, Lover’s Rock, funk and jazzy drip ranging from ballads, 2 step and mid tempo scintillating tracks you can have on non stop – at home, in the car or play out loud at that couples dance party that requires all participants to produce their prettiest and flamboyant routine at their local ballroom dance club.

It was Healthy Yummies CEO Nichola Smith who recently commissioned yours truly DJ Marcia Carr to compile the said set for Smith’s customers at her themed special event. Ladies, if you find yourself in nine months times with a little addition to your family you are welcome to name that baby girl after Marcia – I’d be honoured lol. Another, saucy playlist essential to add to your Library queue is ‘Warm Hugs’ – a brilliant cocktail of soulful Balearic, jazz, bossanova and folkish selections from my buddy, queen DJ selector Nancy Noise.

Until next time, 1love and God bless x
